Byakuya found the contents of his drawer moments after, but did not do much about it. Instead, he merely closed the compartment and continued to finish the paperwork for that day. |
He idly gazed at the long list of those who had come to visit him while he was busy or away that lay upon his desk, picking it up and reading through the names. Some were familiar to him while others not at all. Either way, Byakuya found it odd that so many sought to speak with him. Typically it was only one or two that dropped by to inform him of events or anything else that at times the Captain would pay no mind to. But clearly, if this many had presented themselves in his absence to meet up with him, there must be something of great significance that he must know.
After a few moments he left the list back on the desk and called out to one of the unseated members of his squad that normally assisted him with minor tasks. “Should any of those listed on that paper request to see me, be sure to let me know as soon as possible.” The raven-haired male stated, gesturing towards the list. “Although it may not appear it, it is…important that I know why these people have come to these barracks.”
